I went to the outlet mall in PA last weekend, and we hit up Quaker Steak and Lube on the way back through erie… it was my first time going and I was already planning on going back asap, til i heard this… 
The wings are pretty damn amazing, along with everything else i had: smothered cheese fries, hot pretzels, potato cheddar soup… ugh… DO WANT
so is this place open yet?
