Say what you guys want, but I think this is awesome! I know there’s a loyalty to a lot of great local food places in Buffalo, but I’m surprised it took them this long to give Buffalo consideration for a new location. I really hope they go through with it.

Going to Kentucky Gregs on monday I think, never been. Been making my own recently, doing 5+lb racks of spares 6 at a time for friends. I’ve “tried” 3 or 4 x to go to Dinosaur, but couldn’t get close to the mob scene. So I’m not exactly excited about all the hype.
I used to have this mentality too when I was in college and had a 45min-1hour hike to the one in Syracuse. Then I moved to Syracuse 5 minutes away and that all changed lol.

The Democrat and Chronicle of Rochester along with the Associated Press reported on Wednesday morning that Stage is in the early process of looking for potential sites in Buffalo for new restaurant. He told NewsChannel 9, however, that after two site surveys, there are no plans for a new location in Buffalo.
