I don’t know about all of you but I loveeeeeee BBQ. Anyhow I had been driving by this gem on parkside for a few months after it opened meaning to get some. I find out that a co-worker owns the place so I finally go for a visit.

Amazing

I have been back far too often ha and all I can say is go check it out. Just spreading the word since I know many people in the area don’t even know it is there yet.

It is on Parkside and Russel right near Delaware Park.

11-7 is kinda funky yeah. Wil said if they start getting more business he will stay open later and pay someone to run it at night. Right now it is him/his wife and a few others.

Very different style of bbq. I love both but would prob never say anywhere is better then gregs since I love gregs so much.

Kinda mean to have a BBQ across from the zoo isn’t it? Hope the Hyenas don’t go nuts.

I’ve had his ribs at a BBQ competition, they aren’t bad. He does smoked turkey ribs which is different.

Actually the sauce is my #1 reason I keep going back. You can buy it just so you know! I like the spicy version the best. I am also a huge fan of fried okra which they have as well.

Wil’s BBQ did a pig roast at a friends house a month or two back. Everything was reallllly good, both BBQ chicken and pulled pork were awesome. His BBQ sauce was on point too. Would def recommend.

Wil came across this thread while googling his business IIRC. Anyhow he was appreciative of the kind words and is extending his hours thurs-sat to 9pm I believe it was. You guys have to get there for some BBQ! I have been going sooo much as of late. Delicious

We have been going to Suzy Q’s on Niagara Street. Right by the river and a rundown hut but great and cheap BBQ. Its open until they run out too but it has been good anytime I have been there.

I think I will need to check out this Wil’s place. I have had their sauce and it has always been good.

Haven’t had it yet, best locally next to KY Gregs is Fat Belly BBQ. UGGGGHHHHH Soooooooooooo gooooood
