Booked the pavilion today at White Oak Park.
Pavilion has immediate parking for about 45-50 cars, and there’s lots of lots close by for overflow parking. Pavilion has a playground (swings and such) for kids, and also has a horseshoe pit. Flush bathrooms are on-site.
Date - Sunday, October 5th. Start time is 12:00. Park closes at dusk.
List of rules as given to me -
all beverages must be in cans or plastics - no glass bottles
no alcoholic beverages
charcoal grill on-site, no open fires or bonfires
must bring garbage bags. Cans are on site and trash is picked up by the park, but it must be in a bag
must bring own soap and paper towels for restroom. Toilet paper is generally there.

Our pavilion is MAPLE. There are very visible signs showing what each pavilion is. Once you are on the one main road through the park, it’s about halfway through, and will be on the right side.
