yep aftermarket, www.rx7club.com and www.nopistons.com if you do end up getting one MAKE SURE you do alot of research first lol
edit just watched it again, its a Scoot hood and a 99 spec front bumper/turn signals/front lip. so technically the bumper is stock, but its nothing we ever got in the US
just be careful, it can be ridiculusly (sp) expensive, do the reliability/safety mods first before you get greedy for power. Research like jay said and make sure you get it tuned properly. just my $0.02.
