I decided I didn’t want to get to work early this morning so I stopped and took a pic:
I don’t like either of them but at least I now know a good spot to take pics and next time I am early to work and the car is clean I can take some more.
I did not edit them since I will wait for a pic with both the wheels straight and lights off.

They will still be the occupants.
They typically buy and sell it depending on market conditions.
They just bought it in May with the intent to sell down the road. The current environment is forcing them to speed up the process.
