I saw some quick stuff at PRP on Saturday and it got me thinking.

(Assuming a 1/4 mile run)

If one were to build the quickest street legal car in Pittsburgh, assuming an unlimited budget, what would you start with?

As a side note, what is the quickest known street legal car in the Pittsburgh area?
