Racers wanted: Visitors coming up for some fun.

Yea, but you know how stretched that is ? It’s not a good idea.

315’s on a 10.5 inch rim is nutty too.

maybe ill just go with 295s, i know they will fit fine

Do the m/t et street

Thats what all the mustang guys run is 315 series DR’s on a 10.5 replica wheel. They seem to fit perfect.

can someone post pics?

yah…D/R’s ratings are usually narrower then certain street tires…for example…

a 315 drag radial is about the same with as a goodyear eagle F1 GS-D3 295.

Front and Rear

7.0" … +35 to +40 mm … 215, 225, 235
7.5" … +35 to +45 mm … 215, 225, 235
8.0" … +38 to +55 mm … 225, 235, 245
8.5" … +38 to +45 mm … 235, 245, 255
9.0" … +38 to +56 mm … 255, 265, 275
9.5" … +38 to +56 mm … 255, 265, 275, 285
10.0" … +38 to +48 mm … 265, 275, 285

REAR Only

10.0" … +38 to +54 mm … 275, 285, 295
10.5" … +38 to +50 mm … 285, 295, 305, 315
11.0" … +45 to +56 mm … 305, 315, 335

The offsets are F-body offsets so they dont apply but the rim width gives you a general idea what tire you can safely fit,

I wanna go fast!

Guess thats why then.

A guy made a thread a while back on ls1tech comparing 4 different types of 315’s with pics…and the goodyear eagle f1 GS-D3’s were the widest 315 by about a inch and the Nitto Drag radial was the smallest…I will see if I can find it.
