my dad has an older GM astro van for work with more than 250k miles and the only thing that has been fixed is the fuel pump 2 times a year. Every 6 months no matter what the thing blows up a fuel pump, but everything else is perfect. His last 3 or 4 vans have all been gm’s and have all done the same thing. His last one had like 300k miles and ran great except for the fuel pump.
All of the manufacturers make good cars and all of the manufacturers have their share of lemons also. My wife’s uncle bought a new accord and 2 weeks after he bought it, all of the gauges quit working and it needed a new wiring harness because it shorted out and melted a bunch of shit.
