it seems like a good idea, does anyone else use them??? and are they worth the money??? and i’ve heard of people having different types of radars… will they ussually work with all of them… or how does that work?
if you guys could discuss these and give out some tips on which ones to buy, it would be appricated… i’m considering purchasing one to be on the safe side

When car and driver did a huge right up (like 18 pages) breaing them down by class and price, the Escort beat the Valentine one by like 94.9 to 94.8.
Basis was the Price for the valentine. with the valentine you pay almost 200 dollars more for lighted direction areas and a very marginal increase in width of detection area for one of the bands.

In PA, unless you do extensive driving on the interstates, I just don’t think it’s worth it. Local cops in PA aren’t allowed to use radar.
yes, weaves is right. no cop in pittsburgh will use radar right? on the highways though, that’s where they really shine.

Seriously, who speeds on 65? there are so many cops there it is extremely dangerous. I did, and got nabbed doing 74 in a 45. ended up getting off when the cop didn’t show up at the court date. i never speed there anymore, that’s for sure.
You might want to take it easy on the parkways and the island. I heard that there have been a lot of state boys patrolling Neville Island and I saw an undercover sitting outside the Squirrel Hill Tunnels a few times.
