Radio volume problem...help!

I’ve been far too patient. It sucks that they hide behind that excuse, especially when I have provided many videos as evidence. A person can be convicted of murder using a black and white time lapse video with no sound, but a full color video with sound and narration is not evidence enough to conclude an intermittent radio problem.

Thanks for the link to the form, that will be useful.

Ah, my mistake.

I dropped my car of at Northtown VW last night. They called me about 30 minutes ago saying they ordered me a new radio and it will be in on Monday. Amazing . They just got a new customer.

:bigtup::bigtup::bigtup: to Northtown VW!

Cool, glad it worked out. Seems like VWOP has been losing a LOT of favor over the last 3 years, which is a shame. They used to be quite enthusiast-friendly, and really good/competent on the service end. From more than a few stories, and personal experience, that has changed. Adam Beck’s experience really solidified my thoughts on them, hence the NT recommendation.

VW of OP tried putting it in my pooper on a brand new Golf R. Basically treated me like a criminal, on a $12k motor job.

I took it to Northtown and was treated like gold.

Can’t wait to get behind the helm of our new VW franchise in 6 months.

:tup:

I’m a big NT fan, at least for the next 6 months. :snky:

I’ve heard talk of various management changes at VWOP over the last few years, which probably has a lot to do with it. I can’t imagine that the employees just started acting like this without orders from above. I guess if their goals are to suck the life out of the dealership and direct customers elsewhere, they are doing quite well.

Thanks again for the recommendation, I can’t stress how relieved I am that this stupid issue is finally being addresses as it should be.

This is what I have been hearing too.

Be nice if they’d let you keep the old radio and you could run over to VWOP and toss it through the window in the middle of the night.
