Absolutely awesome, for three reasons:

1.) Large enough that you don’t have to worry about draining the oil and not hitting the pan.
2.) Small enough opening that the drain plug won’t fall into it and you have to fish around in old oil to find it.
3.) It’s enclosed and has a small funnel cap so you can pour your old oil into the empty oil quarts without spillage.

It just makes your oil changes that much easier and CLEANER.

can i ask what a cheater bar is?

what lever off the back?

All of my cars that have push in pistons actually have specific tools dedicated to that purpose… (my hyundai/m3/audi all had specific manufacturer tools and the procedure was in the manual)

Always seemed to mess things up when you took the one on my old Fiero apart like that so I’ve always used the tool since. Good to know though.

Fuck you, you shitty bolt.

You’re joking right?

If not, take a breaker bar and slip a 3 foot piece of pipe on it for extra leverage. That’s a cheater bar. It’s what those of us too cheap to buy air tools use to remove stubborn bolts.

Old patio furniture cushions

I use them all the time in the garage, because laying on concrete is not comfortable. Also jumping up and down to grab tools from a concrete surface can suck less with some cushion.

Jay fiero’s rear brakes just suck plain and simple. That was such an awesome idea to use aluminum calipers with steel pistons—duhhhh

Beck those sears removers are fucking awesome. I didnt think they would work worth a shit till i used one. Wow they work awesome(when sharp)

LOL sorry never heard it reffered to as that. I’m an air tool guy but i will admitt to using my floor jack handle on the end of a rachet for leverage

just lubed it up with a little anti seize compound and voila
