Selling this for my brother.
He picked this project up but has become busy and now plans to sell it on ebay. Figured I would try here before it goes online. On ebay a complete one in really nice condition/fully restored can go for 2000-3000. But ive seen the projects go for close to 1000obo. Im sure someone here could fix this up and either have some fun or flip it for a profit. To my knowledge its a 1970 Super Rat 100cc.

Ah gotcha, I knew I recognized the area right away. Used to deliver papers to that house all the time back in the day when an older lady owned it.
