you guys are saying you dont understand why he locked up the brakes but yet you only see this one little frame from the camera. You dont know whats going on to the left of the camera. There could be cars backed up, road work going on, etc. All I get out of this video is the guy wasnt paying attention and he needed to stop quick for some reason and slammed on the brakes, resulting in a jack knife on wet roads.
