Now I’m all about some of these show when they start as they have something interesting to show but all to soon they turn into BS invented drama and suspense.
sometimes I would rather not know. Typically the more real a show is the more interesting it is. I watched that episode and didn’t give it too much though other than thinking it was odd for a tooth to be wedged in a gun somehow.
the OCC drama isnt really fake, they don’t work well together. I love my old man to pieces, but we also, don’t work well together.
Most people who learned stuff from other sources outside of thier fathers know how it is. The older generation is set in their ways, and even when the younger generation is right, they are wrong in the eyes of the elder. It creates tons of frustration and arguing.
Plus now paul jr quit, formed his own company, and they are or were suring each other.
I tend to believe that the whole lawsuit thing was a tactic to justify the splitting of the companies and build drama to the show. They based at least 1 whole season off of the split…so far its working…
They fixed that fuck up in post production. It was completly hidden in the airing of the show.

It’s seriously fake. Search around. Most of the drama was staged and hyped up. The firing, the lawsuit, the rivalry. There’s things they missed in the show. Holes in walls disappear when past and “present” is spliced together.[COLOR=“Silver”]
About the only reality show I watch is Deadliest Catch. I know they edit it for more drama, but it’s hard to fake 40’ seas and hurricane force winds.
But LOL @ the eagle magically turning into a 92FS. Any of these shows based around a shop have to be scripted because 99% of what they do isn’t going to make good TV.
I started watching that Operation Repo on Youtube for whatever reason. The big dude Matt is such a fucking actor. 99% of all the repos they dude he gets knocked down by a little 5’7" mexican and is on the ground rolling around screaming.
Whale Wars is a good reality show…It matches up with the blog on the official website for the mission from what I have seen. Again, pretty hard to fake.
When I watched that .50 DE episode, you could tell something was up in the way that the edits were. She does fire the weapon later on, but only after it had (a terribly machined) stock attached.
(Seriously, I really like this show and an article like this won’t stop me from enjoying it - but seeing that stock being “machined” made me absolutely cringe. It looked like someone was chewing on it when they were done.)
Knew a guy who was on MTV’s Parental Control… After extending his California trip a few days (costing him money) and a few days of shooting, they told him that if he didn’t fake a fall on camera and lie about having sex in his parents bed he wouldn’t get paid the $500 he was promised, lol.
He did both but explained it to his mom so she didn’t get pissed when his family watched the show.
