06 ej257 with 89k on halves and zero on rebuild.
Finger lakes machine did honing on it. Reason for rebuild was I got the block on a decent deal and I was going to do a hybrid in my Wrx. Previous owner removed blocked for an upgraded one. Only issues known with it before it was removed were issues with one of the heads(valves/timing problems)
Rebuilt with manley pistons, nitrated crank, king bearings. No miles on it. Also have to add, oem Sti oil pan, killer b pick up and baffle and the oem gasket kit and arp head studs not installed.
Block was put together by myself. Torqued to spec. Bearing clearances were all with in .0005 of specs. Cranks were at .0013 and rods were at .0015. I think I added enough zeros. I don’t have my journal with notes near by. The piston rings were gapped to the Manley specs for running 16-24psi.
2000 takes it all. Ready for a swap. Will trade for 4.0 ranger, any rwd car(240, rx7, conquest, miata, thunderbird super coupes, mustangs, whatever is cool), or street bike(s) 600cc or larger. No junk.
