Is it 220? cuz welding d.o.m. with 120 is difficult and requires pre heating the metal with a torch.
So my answer to that question is no

crank it up and make sure your joints are TIGHT. turn the wire speed down a cunt hair and it will do it. Dont expect to weld non stop with it like that… it will kick its ass duty cycle wise.

Yeah as long as it penetrates fine, I can take my time. :shifty;)
Right now I run a thin wire 0.023 I think, maybe getting a thicker wire would help as well…

i’ve welded plenty of 1.75" .120 wall dom with 140 amps, it does it just fine.

shit, i’ve welded .250 wall dom with it too with a bevel :lol
