They only have 3 cars right now, a 911 turbo, Corvette Grand Sport, and a Challenger R/T and I think they are all auto.

nice stuff!

Where are the exotics?

The challenger might be a good deal for $150 to take to Lancaster or NYI to beat on.

Nice to see here in the Buff.

I know the guy who started this. Curious how this will do in Buffalo.

I want to pay for the Porsche and treat her like a cheap prostitute.

Should I bring it to the NYSpeed meet?

Curious on the tire policy. I have enough sets of slicks for the Vette to do some nice track days lol.

$2,500 Refundable Security Deposit Required

With that deposit amount just rent a C6 or R/T from Hertz and you’ll pay less: Adrenaline Collection Car Rentals | Hertz

A nice used 911 turbo cabriolet is what, about 60k (just looked on ebay quick)? So he needs 171 rentals before he breaks even on purchasing one, and that’s assuming zero maintenance, repair, insurance or other expenses (a huge assumption based on how a lot of people are going to treat a rented 911).

My guess is this business lasts less than a year in WNY, especially considering our short nice car seasons.

Yea that works if you live in one of these fine cities

This was my first thought, definitely won’t last long here.

Anyone coming to Buffalo on vacation or business is just going to rent whatever is cheapest at the rental lot.

A nice 997 turbo cab is probably closer to 80k unless he bought a high mileage or accident car

False I usually rent premium car or SUV. They each cost me less then the Charger R/T though so…

Is there pothole insurance?

Only if you spray it.

I usually rent premium or SUV also, end up paying a little more than midsize, but not much more.

I use priceline and usually get a good deal because most people are fighting over economy cars for some reason, because they think those are cheapest.

Last rental was a new maxima, which was the premium car, and I paid less than economy for it. This was enterprise in round rock.

The type of person that is going to spend $600+/day to rent a car is going to have enough money to have one of their own at home and won’t give a shit about driving their mile’d out rentals.

This seems stupid

I have several out of town customers who keep cars here for when they come to town. When they do rent, they rent premium luxury. Typically town cars. For short trips they sometimes will hire a driver.

We don’t have the mentality to rent exotics. Not what we’re used to. That said, I hope they do well.

If I am going somewhere that needs an SUV, I get the premium one. If I am going for cheap, I am not getting an SUV tho.

I would be shocked if they are booking cars. I just don’t see this being a viable business but I guess people said that about the pet rock as well.
