Redline MT-90 : Where do I get it?

So yea, where do I get this shit?

I checked Redline’s site. They list BOLT-ON PERFORMANCE (like 2min
from my work) and JRP :hsugh: and CANADIAN TIRE (it doesn’t show
CT as having MT though).

Average price per 1L?

Edit:
Accidentally posted in the Nitekids thread :hsugh:

GEAR OIL TRANS MT90 75W90
VENDOR: RED LINE
PART NUMBER: R3150304
APPLICATION: N/A
RETAIL PRICE: $16.88 per. + tax.

If you want it, msg me on msn. 1-3 days arrival time

Last I checked, $18/bottle tax-in, Pacific Mall (Kennedy/Steeles, Markham).

I got mine there.

Tranny is what, 3L?

Brandon, do a group buy already @ $15/bottle (tax inc.) :fingersx:

I’ll call up JRP since they are like 10min from me and if their price is
decent.

Tires23 Dixie and mathason 15 and change a bottle. Cheapest I have found and its 5 mins from my work.

And get MTL not MT-90

And what’s MTL? I don’t see any reference to it on the RedlineOil.com website. :dunno:

MTL is a 70w80 oil and MT-90 is a 75w90.

I personally think and if I am correct redline will agree that MT-90 is to heavy for our trannys. I have tried both MTL and MT-90 on my SR tranny (Bought MT-90 by mistake once and put it in before I noticed) and the tranny responds and feels alot better with the MTL as opposed to the MT-90.

Ok, I’ll take your word for it. MTL I will try.

I am assuming I have a stock clutch in there. I may pull the tranny to
find out what’s in there.

You may? Are you nuts. You should have pulled the tranny off while it was on the ground. You want to make sure your clutch and flywheel are good. And your throw out bearing.

Well I should have at least losened the bolts but I didn’t. :uh:

At least the tranny bolts onthe SR are easier to access.

I’ll do the clutch over the winter like last time :noes:

15 bucks a bottle here in windsor.
I got it from performance parts plus, email should be on the website.

Damn photographer… it is SO much easier to do it on the ground. Good news is the SR tranny is alot easier to drop then the KA. Losen the exhaust and the motor will tilt back just enough to get the top bolts out.

:stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:

If your doing a clutch job anyways why put the tranny fluid in? Just a waste. Unless you plan on getting that thing running before the snow flies… but you might have to put the camera down a little more often for that to happen.

Don’t disrespect the Camera. :squintnono:

I’m not putting in fluids just yet. Was just curious where to get it so I know.

My driveshaft isn’t even connected and I don’t even have exhaust. Even
when I do the initial test fire, the driveshaft won’t be hooked up most likely.

As for teh top bolts, if I’m not mistaken (according to my billion pics), the
top two bolts are at like 1pm and 11pm positions, yea?

My picture taking is to help others. SR Gods will thank me one day. :hsugh:

I wilol do a group buy if there is enough interest at $15/bottle, but I need atleast 15 bottles for me to not loose cash on the shipping.

I put Redline oils in my tranny and diff and the stuff works great!!

I will post a list of avail fluids tonight after class.

Ya do that up, I might need it for my tranny and Diff

I’m just teasing about the camera Gonad.

And not to bash Theo but I think you can get 3 bottles of MTL from Tires23 for just under 50 bucks, which is less then $16 a bottle any day of the week.

I’ll have to drop by Tires23 then…

How do you figure that $50 is less than $16 a bottle for 3 bottles? btw, Theo said $15 a bottle.

Tires23 incase you don’t know is right near Dixie and Matheson, talk to Jacky, he’s a good guy.

905 602 8881.

Hey no poking fun at the math… I said less then 50 is less then 16 a bottle. It was all guestimation. And yea I know Theo said 15 a bottle… but is a group buy really worth saving $1 a bottle when you can just goto the store and buy it?

Tires23 is 16ish tax in.

Ok, looking at my list, I had them at $15/ bottle for individual shipping.

If I can get 10 bottles, they would be $13 each. If I order 20, the shipping would go down more, probably to $12 and more then 30 maybe $10 each.

I am just guestimating here but the prices up to a 20 order I will stick to.

Here is the short list. This is what I was interested in when I ordered, the other weights would be similarily priced.
