just line up the 1 common whole, line up the hubs, clamp them togeather and drill the bugger like everyone else does.

get a buddy CNC/machinist, like I did, give him $20, and let the magic happen.
CLEARLY just ask jantos to do it, he uses a soddering iron and zipties, his work is incredible and you can pay him with porn.
I bolted them together using the one common hole, and drilled them with
a drill press. It cost me $30 for the high speed steel bit, but now I am
able to do it for my friends.
