I’m looking for a place closer to my work (west seneca, near the 400).
I’ve been scouring craigslist and local papers and have viewed a few but want to expand my chances of finding something nice.
Looking for:
$750~ /month, obviously cheaper is better and any utilities is a huge plus.
Trying to avoid apartment complexes or duplexes that include NOTHING
2 bedrooms
Orchard Park/West Seneca preferred.
At LEAST have heat included
My biggest problem is that I’m a HUGE allergy sufferer. I’ve walked in to a few nice places in OP but within ten minutes my eyes are watering. Usually it’s the older places with mold issues, but even having neighbors with cats is enough to destroy me. I’ve found a few apartment complexes that are strict with no pets/no smoking, but they are a bit high for what I’m looking to pay.
