Looking for something along the lines of a garage to work out of during the spring/summer. Not looking for someone’s house with a 2 car garage attached to it. I’m looking for something more commercial-type, not residential please…I’ve searched craigslist, but most of those place are storage only, I would like a place to work out of. Thanks…

considering the insurance liability and our sue happy world…you really aren’t going to find this. If you do find this, your landlord is an idiot. If this were doable, I think I would have bought a building and renting space years ago. (And before anyone chimes in, yes I know there are places like this, and last I remember they were in Canada. Our location in Buffalo only makes it worse that for every decent hard working person in the area, there is a scumbag con artist and lawyer teaming up trying to make some quick loot for being a lazy fuck.)
I found a few garages in the N.T and N.F areas that rent and you can do whatever out of them.
preferably in/around West Seneca. I know of a few people who pay to work out of a garage/building for many purposes… pretty much what im looking for… Also, couldn’t you get renters insurance???

im prob leaving my shop on may first, my cousin my be interested in renting the other half out (since i share it w/ him) but its in lancaster…
