I am still selling insurance as my main gig, but I am also in the beginning phases of searching for space for my growing janitorial business. This is a very preliminary search as I’m not quite ready to take on the space just yet, but I’m hoping that in 2014, my business will continue to grow as it did in 2013.
Here’s what I’m looking for. Can have any of these options, but doesn’t need to have them all.
Storage space for equipment & vehicle(s)
Water/drain for washer & also dryer hook up
Possible storefront
Garage access
I’m not looking for anything extreme here. It will mainly be used for storage of equipment. I am not opposed to sharing space if I see it feasible.
