it was white and there were various dents and dings and minor rtust bubbles i took care of and i like flat black its just fading in certain spots with there being no clear coat to protect it. i have paint and can get any paint whenever i want i just dont have time and looks arent my main concern right now. i dont know what my plans are as i have a spare motor sitting in the basement but as for right now the motor is on the back burner untill i can spend money when i want. my biggest concern was the suspension and thats all redone now for the most part.
Cool idea on the bike engine… But would even a liter bike engine have enough torque to pull even a lightweight (2500 lb) car?
The Formula SAE cars use a 600cc and are much lighter (triple digits aren’t they?), but still they are geared to achieve about 60-70 mph top end, if I’m not mistaken. A 2500 lb car would need a really high final drive ratio just to get it going out of the hole.

true the car does weigh 427~, but I think it’d be okay. considering how fast it accelerates. add two more gears (they take out 5th and 6th gear to save weight), Have a much larger sprocket, and try to reduce the weight as much as possible. yeah, starting on hills would still probably be rough.
