Rivet gun capable of 1/4" rivet

The door lock actuator on one of the rear doors of my Expedition sheared off it’s rivet today. I took it all apart and managed to removed the broken rivet but my tiny little rivet gun is never going to be able to squeeze in a 1/4" hardened rivet. There is no way I’m getting my fingers in there to replace it with a bolt either (I just spent about an hour trying).

Or, even better, if you have such a rivet and a rivet gun I’ll toss you some cash for a 2 second job. It’s all torn apart, all that needs to be done is stick the new rivet in place and go “pop”. :slight_smile:

honestly, my snap on bills down to like 2 bucks, i was gonna grab one tomarrow when he stops, if you want to rent it and help pay it off…lol…

Went out to the garage and checked mine, won’t go that big. Try an autobody shop maybe? Bump for you.

Nevermind, a friend at work has a brother who owns a shop and agreed to pop a rivet in there on lunch.
