basicly the same as this.

MAKE SURE YOU TORQUE THE BOLTS, as they are the only thing that holds your cam in.

You only need to cut if you have an S14 or clearence becomes an issue.

On mine i did not have to cut.

whats the exact purpose of RAS?

to stop unwanted rocker arm movement.

Basicly to stop the rocker arm form floating at high rpm’s or with a bigger cam.

Definatly worth the money.

Can you say peace of mind for about 100 bucks.

How much power do you need to be putting out to actually require this?

What I’ve heard is that it is used for people in the high RPM’s all the time. Big power, yes. But more so with high RPM.

After 7400RPM what out for flying valvetrain. Its a good investment considering what could happen without them.

if you are using stock cams you really don’t need them.

It is for people that have or will want a bigger cam in the future more than anything.

If you have a stock turbo, there’s no power up there anyways. If you have the airflow for above 7krpm, you’ll want the insurance. Cheap and easy to install. Aftermarket copies are easy to find.
