Massive? It’s funny that the very link you posted states that it’s not impossible but “extremely difficult” then links though to this:

And everyone always complains when candidates make specific claims that they don’t follow through on. This time around a candidate says he’s not going to make specific claims for cuts but rather meet with congress (as he did with the Democratic legislative branch while Governor) and negotiate from an even starting point. Again, as opposed to coming into negotiations with preconceived ideas and promises. They guy is saying he wants to start off with good-faith negotiations not tarnished by campaign rhetoric and people are still complaining, lol. Oh well, it figures.
