Just called the supplier I got them from and these cost $1400cdn shipped to their store, plus add a 4 month wait for this colour. States prices range from $950 +tax + shipping + duty + 4 month wait for this colour
Currently have tires mounted on them which can be negotiated into the price
4 x 225/40-18 Yokohama Avid Envigor 2 have 90% tread and 2 are just over the wear bars (good for a few thousand more kms)
Just thought I would add that test fits are welcome. For S14 fitment you need a 5mm spacer on the front to clear the stock struts and if you have coilovers you would need a 10mm spacer. Rears are perfect. For other cars you’re welcome to come by and even test to see how they look on your car.
Also I don’t care if you think my price is too high and you think I should be selling them for less. If you find them for cheaper then I quoted above, send me the link or the phone number for the retailer and I will drop my price just for you.
^^ Pretty shitty to assume all those people are idiots. Some people are willing to pay for the convenience of having a set price, not taking any risk, or just plain don’t know where else to buy. Usually these people are pretty smart as if they have the money to throw around, chances are they earned it and don’t want to bother searching through shitty forums full of 20 somethings trying to sell their used wheels through PMs etc.
Lol hilarious. Even if you drive into the states you’re only saving the duty and your losing money on gas and the rims and tires that you’ll have to throw in a dumpster to get back. Trust me I research the fuck out of everything and calculate every expense. Cheapest I can find is $950/set on wheel dude. If you can get them here for less, show us. Btw when I bought them 2 years ago they were only $1120 at Tires23 tax in. Prices were the same 950 at Wheeldude. So was I stupid? If you take away the tax from the purchase I lost $10 on them in the two years I owned them. I had multiple offers for $950 but only one person hit the $1000 mark.
but i agree with you, nothing is worse than selling wheels that are in production because you get a whole bunch of weasels telling you how much your shits worth…
