So you’re using boost pressure to assist the spring in keeping the WG closed and relying on backpressure to open the WG?
30psi? more like infinity PSI.
IDK, I know a bunch of people running more than 30PSI that hook the WG up to the bottom port…
then i will move the hose
I wasn’t sure if it was something zany that you had to do for huge boost, but I had never seen it.
It could have been a catastrophic issue if you left it like that… once that spools you may have been at 50psi before you caught it
The turbo would have easily made x psi at which point the engine would have failed with it hooked up like that. Good catch newman.

Joe, you know better than that. No bench racing please. Show me some 8/9 second slips from these 5 cars please. I know of 2. You could have 1200hp at your disposal, and it won’t guarantee you an 8 second pass, unless that car is setup PERFECT.
It’s not about f-bod vs. Mustang either, that was soooooooo 80’s with the battle between Fox bods and IROC’s, it’s more import vs domestic now.
