no it will require a side mount or bottom mount aftermarket rail, usually buckets are all side mount but this had the adapters for it to go bottom or side.

They should work with stock 240sx S14 brakes as the calipers are very similar but definately not for JDM 4pot calipers as they are similar to z32/r32 brakes
