Parts needed for safety
Front windshield - Used will do fine !!
Front shocks - New or newish…don’t want your junk !!
Rear Inner and outer tie rod ends - new to newish
Gas tank straps
Front right headlight (I have those sealed units)
If someone has a hookup to a windshield shop, for install that will help too.

PM drivenautosports, his name is sami, he can do a windsheild cheap cheap and is in your area. Your saftey place is screwing you, the shock only needs to be attached, if leaking, or seeping, thats still fine, not a requirement of the saftey. Broken springs on the otherhand are not allowed. Time to find a new shop.
I hear you, he wont sign on the papers because my trunk has no rear wiper and there is a small in the rear fender liner. I also have a Do-Luck rear cross bar and he wants to take it off !!
Anybody have good shops they recommend. We don’t mind doing the necessary stuff.
just go to a different shop. Take it anywhere except canadian tire. Anyhow, just say you had it looked at for saftey and say you do the work, do it, they;; check it and off you go. dont mention the wiper or anything they found wrong with it. say nothing and say its good. pay the 60 or whatever and off you go.
