S13 SR Intercooler in S14

Has anyone put a stock S13 SR intercooler in an S14?

Any impressions? How did u mount it? :slight_smile:

Stock SMIC should bolt right onto the bracket that the under fender portion of the air box bolted to. I beileve the bracket is the same on S13 and S14. Zip ties should never be used to mount something athat you don’t want to “rip” off.

Your right martin… Zip ties is a bad idea.

However, the bracket doesn’t fit. I used the bracket from the S13 and replaced the bracket that holds the air box.

It fits GOOD this way.

wut do you know about zip ties foo… heres how it works on my car

fmic bolted on so it doesnt leave the car
front end body panels zip tied on so they can leave the car
if you dont like my zip tied front end then you dont appreciate all that is jdm…
