So I am installing some Megan S14 Toe Arms and I remove the old one and install the new one and this is what I find:

So I have a 10MM difference…should I put a 5MM spacer on each side?? Anyone have this problem before?
if it needed the spacers they would have included them in the kit.

you have S13 toe arms… S14 toe arms are wider.

I guess they were packaged incorrectly… I have to go see Varun soon anyways.
I stopped by Varun’s this afternoon. He has a couple other sets…they are all the same size. I guess I will be making some 5mm spacers…
thats what happens when you buy megan parts
you pay for what you get.
so much hassle now because you have to get spacers that will accomodate exactly or very similar diameter of the bolt so theres not too much play. i like to get parts that i don’t need to buy additional things to make it fit, even if its a small piece to get. i don’t care how much parts megan has sold, it just shows how many cheap 240 owners there are that buy their bootleg crap that isn’t built right (many threads of this on zilvia)

bonus is if you break one piece, he can just get you that specific piece rather then buying the whole arm assembly.
ps: bing is very good with the customer service if there is anything wrong.
if they are all the same size then Megan must have mispacked them.
i just broke out my mic… the S13 ones are 40mm wide and the S14 ones are 50mm wide… so you do in fact have the S13 version.
the hardware i have will not work with the Megan arms… i guess you could just take up the extra space with some basic washers. kinda sucks though
Thanks for checking that for me bing. If I look at Megan’s website, the S13 arms do look different (different colour ends) then the S14 arms which I have. I do have some 5mm hardened washers which I have to get the centers drilled out very slightly to get the bolt through. I guess I will end up doing that.

The megan rod end is a larger rod end than Battle Version. It’s also wider, so for S13 it likely wont have much of a spacer at all…
From the pics there is something in there, they just aren’t wide enough
yes, there is a missing collar on the end link thats all…
i have sold more multi link then anyone in canada has, not one warranty claim or anything broken as yet…
they are not the best multi link kits on the planet, but just like all their other items, the value is unmatched.
megan has confirmed its a packaging error…
