S14 SR20 throw out bearing

have searched, not finding alot of info though. so far ive read that 95 KA TOB is the same, and another said use a 89-90 TOB and dont use the 95 TOB.

arent the KA TOB’s all the same? anyone know what TOB i should get for my S14 SR20DET?

Stock for stock, I think its the same for S13 KA/S14 KA/S13 SR/S14 SR because its all the same tranny. I’ve used an S13 KA24E TOB on my S14 SR setup. Keep in mind that we are talking stock clutch setup. (Some aftermarket clutches as OS giken use different TOB sizes.)

just for reference 91-96.5 have the same TOB part number and 96.5-98 have different TOB part numbers, according to the nissan dealership.

as for the physical differences i dont know.
