Hey guys, trying to do some research on the parts and install for the zenki to kouki front end conversion.
Do the zenki and kouki cars have the same dimensions? If so, does this mean you can just buy kouki body panels (i.e. front fenders, front bumper, headlights) and bolt them onto the zenki with no problems?
Does the radiator or anything have to be relocated?
You need all of the brackets along with the fenders, hood bumper, lights, etc.
No the radiator support can be left alone. Average cost 2500 including paint. Thats on the low side. If you go to the dealer you can expect to pay through the roof. Lights alone are 1200 from the dealer.
I did it everything pretty much bolts up but you will need a few brackets other then that its a direct swap as for $2500 mine didnt come anywhere near that but I found all my parts used except for some of the brackets.I did however buy some brackets and ended up getting used ones with the intention of returning these ones and they wouldnt take them back.SO if you need headlight brackets and bumper stays I got some here that I will sell cheap and they are brand new.
Whut up, I am doing the swap on my 1996 s14. How much do you want for the brackets? Also, my bumper is still in good shape. Can I still use my old bumper when I do the conversion? Or do most people that do the conversion just get a new bumper?

Though I don’t have any direct experience with these sort of things, my research tells me that you cannot use your old zenki bumper for the kouki conversion. It won’t match up with the headlights and fenders when you change them, so you’ll have to get a bumper that’s meant for a 97-98 s14.
