Seems the sabres are the number 1 franchise when it comes down to cost and enjoyability in not just the NHL but in all major league sports.
Im shocked that ESPN would consider a hockey team at all.
I posted this in the Official Sabres thread but no one noticed.
Cool stuff though. I didn’t realize what a huge turn around the team made financially.
I LoL’d at 1,000% increase in merchandise sales. That says alot cause of the few thousand people who refuse to buy anything with the slug on it.
Awesome. Go Buffalo and Gallisano.
fucking awesome
There were actually quite a few hockey teams in the top 15 or so.
But yeah, huge
this is just the first sign of many that means mr galisano needs to purchase the bills from ralph wilson so he can turn that frnachise around as well
 very cool
they certinly deserve it

If you go to the second page you will find the worst fans/franchise.

27. MINNESOTA VIKINGS
Last title: Never Seasons: 46 Playoffs: 24 Winning seasons: 28 Finals losses: 4 (0)
15-1: The 1998 squad, which lost one regular-season game (by three points) is arguably the best team never to make the Super Bowl. For the safety of Vikings fans, we won’t describe the soul-sucking moment that cost them a Super Bowl trip. But we will mention the four Super Bowl trips in the '70s that all ended in blowout defeats.
we deserve to be much higher for that year alone.
