Update, told the lady I was not happy with the $500offer and I wanted the full $1233 amount she said she would talk to her manager but it was their policy for cash settlements. I then told her that I was gonna go through my Insurance t subrogate it and then she said he would call me back. I got a call a little while ago and she old me that they will now give me the full amount. So all worked out, and Im getting another windsheild not from them though.
They have to give you the full amount regardless. They damaged your vehicle that much, you DON’T have to even fix it. They just have to pay you for the damages.
