thats my mom. little old lady. her car took so long cause it has the auto :ugh2: and they were having problems with the red leather on the saturn line i guess.

i think its 173 or 200 hp its the 2.2 ecotec that is in the cobalts and the saturn IONS she got the optional auto on it… back when she ordered it it came to something like 23,700 with the auto/leather etc etc. now i think they are giong for over 24,800 or something.
she would have but i just got off work and done pissin around with the camaro so i was dirty…

that is a sweet lookin car though (aside from the quality GM rotors, haha). i like the camaro in the bg better though.
U forgot to mention she got the red interior to match her cell phone…

Very sharp car, where did your mom buy it at. I take it she payed sticker for it. Ive heard of dealers titling them, then putting some miles on them and selling them used for more then sticker.
No, it has the 2.4L ecotec (LE5) NOT the 2.2L ecotec (L61). You are right the hp is around 170. If it were the L61, then it would only have 140hp.
Also the cobalts (and Pontiac G5) have the L61 as the base motor, then the SS (G5 GT IIRC) has the LE5, and the SS s/c (G5 does not have this option) has the LSJ (205hp s/ced ecotec) which is similar to the LNF.
And then the G6, Ion and verious other cars use the LE5 as its base motor.
Specs are stated above. But there is also the Sky Redline (or Solstice GXP) with the 2.0L Turbo Ecotec making 260hp (LNF)

A 5speed Sky was tested, and ran a 15.9 This is an auto, so its going to be slower, so no, it is not faster then my POS. Try agian.
