season wrap-up goals for 05 season

So, snow flakes fell, racing is officially over for a few months. so sum up your season of racing—

for me, it sucked dick. I went to the track one time, and it hurt to much to watch and not race. So i didn’t go back.

my car is not done. i had hoped to get it ready for july. that fell through when i got fucked on my rods. So money got dumped into other stuff, and i stilll need to order rods. When the car will be ready–not sure. Im trying to do it all at once, which takes more money than i budgeted for. As plans changed in mid build. Car will be out as soon as i have everything that i have my mind set on done. So money permitting, this summer.

11’s on street tires and pump gas… i reached my goal. Goal for '05? 10’s on race gas and street tires.

Went to the track twice this year (first times ever at a track) ran a best of 16.3 first time then 16.1 second time. hope to get it into the high 15s and im going to do some simple things like exhuast and so on and hope to hit maybe a 15.7 or so next year with the mods i want to do

throw a slightly larger turbo on the daily driver… go for a 13.5 or something… as well as build a new car and a few motors and go for broke.

goals for 05:

lap the beaver as much as i can :kekegay:
also lots of autocross
and get a decent suspension setup

Maybe i’ll take it to PRP just to see how slow it is in a straight line lol

well i got the turbosix… completly done… minus putting the exhaust on… and i have nothing more to say…

it runs great… and it didn t hit the track… and probally won t if i sell it as im a sell out…

I didn’t get to get base times with my car because the day I decided to go I was told it was beauteful out and when we got to sheetz it started pouring like a some-ma-beeotch. Then to boot my car got wet for nothing and it hadn’t seen rain since may :finger:

Never got aroun to hitting the track for a stock baseline…

'05… finish the handling mods, get a nice ram air hood w/ badass heat extractors…
Maybe save up for a nice cam, intake mannifold, TB package or something. Possibly have a low 12’s or better 1/4 daily driver :wink:

Oh and actually meet some of the guys on here and throw back a few cold ones.

this year…hit 10.90…yay…car got destroyed in a flood…boo…

next year…i don’t have a goal as far as times, i just want the rb26 to run, but high 9’s would be extra nice…

I would like to hit low 12’s on street tires and get well into 11’s on slicks and hit some national events up

I don’t really plan to do anymore to my car, sick of spending money and breaking shit to prove nothing. It was fun the last couple of years and I’ll probally still race sometimes but I think I’m done modding it.
