Just because he’s your next-door neighbor doesn’t mean he’s going to favor you over anyone else. If someone’s going to come pick it up, it doesn’t really matter. All he has to do is sign a piece of paper and take someone else’s money.

I understand that im saying i offerd 800 befor this even was thought to be sold and befor there was dents on the roof to so if there is no price yet he deff wont take 800. or any less
