just seen on the news that a senior at a local highschool is protesting the no shorts rule and wearing a skirt. school allows him to wear them as long as they dont get too short.

In all honesty I like the idea. The initial backlash of being labeled emo/fag by people without the forsite to see what he’s trying to prove will hopefully fade. The kid has some huevos.

I hate to say it, but I hear you (waiting for Darkstar’s Cali fag comments now). I mean why the hell can chicks wear skirts if guys can’t wear skirts? How is that even remotely unbiased? But if it was me I’d find some freshmen and convince him it was a really good idea and he’d be making a powerfull political statement and make him wear the damn skirt instead. But somebody had to do it.
