Any safe car. All lug nuts have to be visible and installed. Battery must be secure. Seats must be secure. Seatbelt must function. Helmet has to be SNELL approved and manufactured in 2002 or newer. Tires cant be bald. No pre-req’s.

Thats Dylan Doke. He doesn’t know how to drive that car. Nor is he new to the area. He bought the car modded and it ran funny (only had one owner and was beat on for 73k miles) so he put it back to stock mostly. It had almost 400whp but I dunno what its at now. Needless to say I’ve outrun him a number of times.
