i have the title, unfortunately the guy i bought it from (the 2nd owner) signed it but never took the title to the dmv and had it put in his name. Current status of the title, its in the original buyers name with his signature on the back and the 2nd owners name on the back as well. The DMV told me that I would have to contact the original owner and have him get a duplicate printed, and have him sign it over to me. cant get in contact with him though.
