If a week later date is alright with the people interested, we would be more likely to go to the new date where more members will be able to participate.
At the moment, most of the track rat people have a track date on 10/11/08, so if it’s alright with everybody else we shall go on 10/18/2008
I really wanna go. A little early to tell what is going on those weekends, but either one should be good for me. I can give a definite answer by the requested date.

Do we have our own run group or are we just all signing up and getting mixed in with the main groups?
If you and the track boys can confirm Sunday 10/19 is good, that works out well for me, Vlad, and others so we can officially change the date. Please confirm and I will do so. The actual schedule for the day itself will remain the same.
As for run groups, if we have enough people we might be able to get our own. I read that 15 karts are allowed at once or something like that, so if we keep it under that and they are not having a jam-packed day I don’t see why we couldn’t request our own run group…
If we were to try to get any kind of our own run group, we would have to collect money first to make sure that we do get the spot without any issues by the race day.

modify, lets collect money by the 30th of september, and get our own run group, assuming that GPNY is gonna go for something like that, i think if we pre pay before we get there they wont have an issues letting us get exclusive run

good luck, its hard enough to get everyone together for this, but then again u can probably get a couple people who dont have time or $ problems to go up
i’m gonna stick with going on the 19th just because its a cool time to hang out with everyone, idc about seat time much if i loose its all good, i’ll go backwards around the track and crash everyone like i do in forza when i loose
