My style isn’t so bold that i actually need shit the first season it comes out either.
black shoes and nice suits don’t matter if you buy them 2 years later for 50% less.
At work my brother just won a pair of Allen Edmunds and a matching belt for his shoes. He won a $500 credit to the Allen Edmunds store online for having the most sales 4 months straight.

I used to buy DR Martens shoes. I have about 3 pairs, one pair is nearly 5 years old and is like new. So long as you take care of them, I put some boot wax on them every season.
I just learned that about 90 percent of DR martens are no longer made in england, they are now made in china, and their quality has suffered.
You have to check the box, it seems that they have mostly their super premium shoes that are made in the UK.
The discounted ones that you get at zappos or DSW shoe outlet are mostly all chinese made.
Thats the biggest problem I have finding a decent pair of shoes. Everything I look at is shitty quality and says “made in china” when you look inside. I want a pair that are going to last. I am looking online but they never show country of origin so its hard to tell.
