So for the judges guilt of NOT giving this penalty to someone that DID deserve it, he gives it to someone else that didnt??
A good comparison to this would be a man who cold blooded killed another man for the change in his pocket and him only getting 15 years in jail…
Then another guy whos house got broken into with his kids and family present and he kills the intruder to protect his family and gets the death penalty…
NOT RIGHT.
I totally agree.
I don’t think you understand the point I’m trying to make. Because of the previous laws and punishments, the woman who killed the guy couldn’t have her license taken away for that long, and eventually, she killed someone.
The kid who has already had his license taken away twice, both while on a junior’s license. This kid DOES deserve it. Maybe not right now, but maybe down the road when he does the same shit again (or worse) he will.
Plus, the kid got worse with each violation (which most likely were pleaded down, not just simply a no seatbelt… Prolly speeding reduced to no seatbelt)
No seatbelt.
Passing over a double yellow, which IS dangerous in most areas where they have double yellows. Not some country road with little traffic.
Street racing, having multiple passengers in the car, crashing into a tree, while drunk.
So given the pattern, #4 could be: Driving drunk, street racing with no seatbelt, with 14 passengers in a rented passenger van, veering off of a cliff, killing everyone.
I see you have a little KrazyKid in ya after all! hahahahahaha
I think you two both have very good points for both sides. Enough to actually make me stuck in the middle not knowing what side to take… for once in my Shift518 career I am just going to :pop
