I saw this on American Chopper last night. They were building a theme bike for the Army or something and they are using this muffler. When exhaust passes through it, the end of it where it looks like a gun spins. Pretty corny if you ask me if your putting it on a bike but on this theme bike OCC is building it seems to flow with it nicely.
