Silent1 Brake Problem

The 91 Teg strikes again. This time all the brakes seem to have pressure applied to them. I was wondering if anyone has ever heard of the ABS system locking up partially and staying that way. BTW it was fine before there was any snow or ice on the ground, but when it was pulled out of the garage the system could have been activated because of the ice on the ground.

Thanks guys!

Pull the abs fuse and or try bleeding the brakes

ice/water/snow in the wheel speed sensor connections??? (not sure if the car even has them)… just a thought/suggestion?

it wont be the wheel speed ensor since it would just shut the system off, not freeze it shut

prolly a bad abs module or frozen lines

ABS sucks, get rid of it srsly

get a new teg steve!!!

I wish frozen lines was the answer, lol. I should fill in a little background:

We replaced the front calipers, all rotors and pads, master cylinder, brake fluid, and serviced the calipers so they work again, lol.

I say frozen ABS but I didn’t really look for the fuse. Where might that be because I looked in the fuse block and outside the car, but maybe i just missed it.

if the fuse is good u might need a new abs module, talk to cossey and see if he can get one, if not try jbap

diverter valve?
