try to average a top speed run.
its an open road race in nevada, they block off 90 miles of highway 318 and you race. there are 13 classes that are based on speed, 95mph to 165 mph then there is unlimited (race cars). Increments go up by 5mph the goal is to avg your class’ max speed ( if ur in the 145 class whoever avg’s closest to 145 without going over wins). If you go over your maximum class speed you are disqualified. It is relatively cheap to enter to (i read 675 for race cars and cheaper for regular street cars) the hardest part would be getting there. SOUNDS LIKE A SHIT TON OF FUN

there is an article in the new GM High Tech mag. about two ls1 f-bodys…one is a SS the other a WS6 that compete in the sliverstate classic…i think it would be sweet to go and do this!!! sounds like some fun!!!
