my guess: new shell to put all of his parts onto. IIRC the previous owner was rear ended , and there was some body damage. maybe it was cheaper to get a new shell and put all the fiberglass front end stuff on, then to fix the old one? or maybe its gonna be LS1 swapped Pcar…
